Every now and then we like to share information about our favorite music, and this month we highlight two international bands that are using their art as a tool to advocate for social and environmental issues. KADANGYAN specializes in ethno-tribal rock music. And, QUETZAL mixes Mexican and Afro-Cuban rhythms, Jazz, R&B, and Rock. The band frequently organizes and participates in transnational, multi-band collaborations - creating fresh sounds while advocating for understanding between cultures.
